ABOUT
T. Harrison Hillman is a photographer known for his sense of precision and unique artistic style.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, OH, Harrison attended the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where he studied Fine Art Photography. After SCAD, Harrison went on to work at the Print Lab in Chicago, where he served as the Head Printer for the lab. He led projects for the Art Institute of Chicago and worked closely with artists Steve Schapiro, Sandro, Dennis Manarchy and Karen Savage on their art and printmaking.
Following his time at the Print Lab, he began his work in commercial photography, assisting some of the top photographers in the world, including Art Streiber, Annie Leibovitz, Tony D’Orio, Sandro and many more. By combining his commercial and art experience, he transitioned to the world of fashion and found his personal style behind the lens.
Today he works with some of the most influential brands, designers, magazines and agencies to highlight the individuality of his subjects and clients. Drawing inspiration from pop culture, nature and art gives him a unique approach to photography, where a preoccupation with form and lighting continues to inspire and influence his work.
